But looks aside, the NEX-5 could represent a profound change in the Consumer Digital SLR photography. The interior of the body 110mm wide is a relatively large sensor: 23.4 x 15.6 mm less, is a sensor of APS-C.
This is the same size and format that you find in all the world under-£ 1000 DSLR. So, in theory, Sony has produced a superb camera takes pictures looking as good as a DSLR is clean, the size and weight matters.
These are the headlines, but the NEX-5 has much more to offer serious photographers.
