Apple USB Trackpad Wireless Device
All Apple products are designed as a less is more philosophy, where the user simply knowing how to use the product if they do or see. Apple trackpad is no exception.

Great product that works extremely well and it’s just bones minimum of structural properties. One of the most beautiful parts of the trackpad is the wireless freedom you get from using the product. For wireless products, you need juice. The touchpad laptop uses batteries. But some are tired of replacing batteries [such that hard] and did a simple hack to power a USB trackpad.
This hack is used for communication, which is still using Blue-tooth, but it is only eliminates the need to constantly change the battery or battery. To make a hack to remove the pad on the battery, USB cable strip down to red and black power cables and their connection to the battery-sized wooden dowel.
Final push pins inside the battery block and Presto! It works. Certainly it is a USB hack and my seven years could have done and I would recommend doing something a little more elegant. [via tuaw]
